2.Liner's Material
Lining materials are chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, high chrome cast iron, high chrome cast steel, high manganese steel, super high manganese steel and so on. we also can according customer's request or customer's special chemical elements to produce.
3.Our other liner's performance
High carbon chromium molybdenum pearlitic wear-resistant alloy steel. Chemical component: C0.80-0.90, Si0.20-0.50, Mn 0.50-1.00, Cr 2.2 0-3.20, Mo 0.25-0.35, P<=0.03 and S<=0.03; besides, rare earth and other alloying elements have been added. The liner produced by our company have a surface Rockwell hardness from 42 to 45 and shows even hardness. Through special treatment, the mill lining exhibit even hardness gradient from inside to outside. The Rockwell hardness at the mill lining core can range from 36 to 37. At the same time, our mill lining have the shock hardening property (also referred to as work hardening) of high manganese steel. When the mill is operating, the impact of grinding balls and ore on the working face of mill lining can be raised to 6 Rockwell working face for the hardness
4.Optimizing the lining design based on the wear forms of linings in different operating conditions maximally decrease the crashing function of the linings, and effectively decrease the weight of scrap linings. Improving the shape of linings can effectively improve the relative motion state between milling balls and linings, then decrease lining wear by material and milling balls and prolong the lining service life while reducing the users' production cost.
