    Large and super large SAG mill liners chemical composition: C 0.80 ~ 0.90, Si 0.20 ~ 0.50, Mn 0.50 ~ 1.00, Cr 2.2 0 ~ 3.20, Mo 0.25 ~ 0.40, P <= 0.03, S <= 0.03. According the liner size and characteristics of working conditions to choose different types, different content of micro-alloying process and different heat treatment process measures to ensure SAG mill liner's hardness between HB380-420. According different thickness to maintain reasonable hardness gradient. We do not pursue the mill liner's inside and outside have the same hardness, we pursue uniformity hardness and reasonable gradient.
