Specification
Our company produces various specifications of the anode mold. Copper anode mould is the mold of casting copper anode plate. Because the casting temperature of casting anode plate is 1200 degrees Celsius, the casting anode mould is made of heat resistant cast iron or nodular cast iron. Anode mold using wood resin sand casting, casting out the anode mold wall is smooth, does not produce blowhole, slag inclusion, trachoma and other casting defects. Due to the anode mould in use in repeated expansion and contraction in, so the average life expectancy of anode mold low, in order to solve this problem, our company for all anode casting mold, casting molding after tempering treatment, which can decrease the stress of the anode mould itself
